WRITING A PAPER FOR DSES

The purpose of the DSES publication site is to provide scientific investigators a place to make their work public. We anticipate a variety of levels of investigative ability, and we make no constraints on a contributor's ability.

Papers for posting to the DSES publications site are not required to follow any set format or file type such as .pdf, .doc, or etc. Guidelines for scientific papers may be found at http://writing.colostate.edu/guides/processes/science/pop2a.cfm.

There is no length restriction, though common practice is that the length of a paper reflect the amount of science presented.

Ethics and the law prohibit plagiarism, and if a paper is found to contain plagiarism, it will be removed. See the rights and responsibilities of authors.

All authors will be listed in the paper along with their affiliation and contact information including either a physical address or an email address. If an author has no affiliation, the contact information is still required.
